Consultation
The first step is to visit with you and look at the feasibility of what you want done and help provide solutions to your needs to find the best and most economical way to do so.
Design
Whether or not you have architectural plans, we can help put you in touch with an architect best suited for your needs and work closely with them to maintain project requirements.
Budget & Pricing
We will provide an itemized breakdown of your project and come to a specific price with detailed inclusions and exclusions. We will meet and review potential plans and prices to ensure that you know what you are spending for each phase of the project from start to finish. At this time contracts will be drawn up and signed by both Archistructure, INC. and the customer.
Project Commencement
Archistructure, INC. never requires upfront payment. A start date and completion date will be established and all special requirements will be discussed and followed to project completion.
